Arvind Skycrest Payment Plan starts at Rs. 1.16 Crore onwards for a 2 BHK flat and ranges upto Rs. 2.08 Crore for a 4 BHK flat. The plan shows the booking amount, installment amounts, and GST. It helps buyers to plan their budget and also know about the exact amounts that have to be paid.

Arvind Skycrest's advance booking amount will be 10% of the price of the flat. After booking, the installment amounts are to be paid during every stage of construction. This amount is set at 10%. Note - The base price will not include the registration charges and stamp duty fees.

A payment plan is a systematic breakdown of payments in installments for buying a unit. These are set till the unit is ready for possession and the entire amount is cleared.

The payment has to be made in 4 years in 10 installments starting from the booking till possession. The launch of the venture is scheduled for 10th January 2026. The possession will start from January 30th, 2030. In these 4 years buyers can pay in installments for their booked apartment.

• Start of Construction: Once the construction begins, another 10% of the total amount is due.
• Digging (Excavation): When the excavation starts, buyers pay 10% of the total amount.
• Base (Plinth): When the base of the building is built, 10% of the total amount must be paid.
• Basement: While the basement is being constructed, buyers pay 10% of the total amount.
• Ground Floor: During the building of the ground floor, another 10% of the total amount is paid.
• First Floor: When work on the first floor begins, buyers pay 10% of the total amount.
• Flooring: When the floor tiles and work are being done, 10% of the total amount is due.
• Plumbing: During the pipe and water-system work, buyers pay 10% of the total amount.
• Getting the Keys (Possession): At the time of possession, the final 10% of the total amount is paid.

In the final payment, a 2% GST amount is also to be paid by customers to take possession.

Arvind Skycrest is a grand Arvind Smartspaces project that is in the pre-launch stage. Its cost sheet, payment plan, and price list will be released after launch. The overall cost of the development and banks' details will be mentioned on the RERA website.
