Arvind Skycrest Payment Plan
Arvind Skycrest follows a construction-linked payment plan, where buyers pay 10% at booking and the remaining amount in stage-wise installments until possession on 31st March, 2031.
Arvind Skycrest's advance booking amount will be 10% of the price of the flat. After booking, the installment amounts are to be paid during every stage of construction. This amount is set at 10%. Note - The base price will not include the registration charges and stamp duty fees.
A payment plan is a systematic breakdown of payments in installments for buying a unit. These are set till the unit is ready for possession and the entire amount is cleared.

- First Floor: When work on the first floor begins, buyers pay 10% of the total amount.
- Flooring: When the floor tiles and work are being done, 10% of the total amount is due.
- Plumbing: During the pipe and water-system work, buyers pay 10% of the total amount.
- Getting the Keys (Possession): At the time of possession, the final 10% of the total amount is paid.
In the final payment, a 2% GST amount is also to be paid by customers to take possession.
